With a 5G approved device you could access our 5G network if you are in a 5G coverage area. Our 5G network is rolling out in selected areas of major Australian cities. Check your coverage.
On our plans you’ll receive data at speeds of up to 150Mbps or 200Mbps (Extra Large 30 Day Plan only), which is great for day-to-day usage of your mobile devices including standard definition video streaming, listening to music, video calling, web browsing, social media, email and messaging. This is maximum potential network speed and actual speeds will vary and may be slower.
With Auto Recharge, when your current plan expires, your prepaid service will be automatically recharged with the same plan as your most recent recharge. Auto Recharge is available on our 30 Day, Long Expiry and Data Only Plans.
Auto-recharge will be turned on by default if you have provided your payment card details to pre-authorise your purchase or if you have stored your payment details and you did not opt-out. You can opt-out at any time via your My Lebara account.
Yes. You can bring your current number across to Lebara when you activate your new plan.
Yes. All Lebara plans can be used with an eSIM, if your device is eSIM compatible.
Here are the steps to activate your eSIM.
Step 1
Purchase a Lebara Plan online and select eSIM in the checkout. Check that your device is eSIM compatible.
Step 2
Activate your plan through our online activation journey.
Step 3
Scan the QR code in the first email we sent you.
Step 4
Enter the 4-digit confirmation code in the second email we sent you.
Step 5
Your new Lebara plan is ready to use on your device with your eSIM.

Yes, you can get a $2 SIM card only that doesn’t have any credit.
You then have the option to recharge your main balance to add credit and use a Pay As You Go Plan, or recharge with a Lebara plan to get data and call inclusions.
