An Authorised Representative is a person you nominate to act on your behalf when managing your Lebara account. This can be a family member, friend, carer, or another trusted individual.
An Authorised Representative can perform a range of account-related activities, including:
Discussing your account and services with Lebara
Making enquiries about bills, payments, and account balances
Requesting changes to account details or services (where permitted)
Limited User / Authorised Contact
If you only want someone to assist with general enquiries, you may choose to add them as a Limited User or Authorised Contact instead of an Authorised Representative. A Limited User or Authorised Contact can:
Discuss your account with Lebara
Ask questions about your services, bills, or payments
Receive account-related information
However, they cannot:
Make financial changes to your account or services
Transfer ownership of the account
Add or remove authorised representatives
This option is suitable if you want someone to help manage communications with Lebara while retaining control over account changes and decisions.
