Authorised Representative

An authorised representative is a person customers can appoint to act on their behalf. If customers choose to appoint an Authorised Representative customers will need to contact our call centre. Our opening hours are 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday (Sydney time) and 9am to 6pm on Weekends and Public Holidays.

Customers will be required to:

  1. Pass an identity check by having their Lebara Account identity confirmed with their Lebara pin number and date of birth
  2. Provide verbal or written approval with the Authorised Representative’s full name and permission to act on their behalf
