Our prepaid plans are changing from 10 April 2024.

What happens to my current recharge?
Your current recharge amount will remain unchanged until the end of the relevant recharge expiry period, even if the expiry period is after 10 April 2024.
However, once your recharge expires, only the in market plan options will be available for recharge.
If you are on an Extra Extra Large 30 Day or a Small/Medium/Large 180 Day plan, you have the flexibility to continue recharging on that plan until further notice. However, if you decide to switch to another plan, please be aware that you won’t be able to revert back to it, as it is no longer available in the market.
If you are currently on Extra Small 5 Day plan, Small/Large 90 Day plan, or Extra Small 180 Day plan, you can continue using your inclusions until they expire. However, please note that when you decide to recharge next, only the in-market plan options will be available for selection.

Our plans are a prepaid mobile service offered by Lebara using the Vodafone network. Here are the plans and the inclusions that will take effect on 10 April 2024. If you are an existing customer, you can check or change your plan by logging into MyLebara.
