LEBARA PREPAID MOBILE SERVICES STANDARD FORM OF AGREEMENT
LEBARA MEGA PLAN SERVICES DESCRIPTION
1.1 This document describes the Services provided for the Lebara Mega Plan and forms part of the Lebara Prepaid Mobile Services Standard Form of Agreement ("Agreement" or "Standard Form of Agreement").
1.2 The Lebara Mega Plan services (the ‘Services’) are available to individual customers who use their mobile phone for personal use only.
1.3 Unless specifically defined in this document, words, terms or expressions in this document shall have the meaning set out in clause 21 of the Standard Form of Agreement – General Terms ("General Terms"), the latest version of which can be found on the Website.

2 The Services
2.1 Services Description – Lebara Mega Plan
2.1.1 This Service Description applies if you have selected the Lebara Mega Plan. The Services are available to new and existing Lebara Mobile customers and allows You to:

2.1.2 The Lebara Mega Plan includes:
2.1.3 When using the Lebara Mega Plan, amounts will be deducted from your included credit (as specified by the value of the plan) at our standard rates set out in our Standard Rate Table and on the Website for the following services, known as ‘Excluded Services’:

2.2 How the Services are supplied?
2.2.1 The Services are supplied in the following way:
2.2.2 Lebara may change a Supplier used in the supply of the Services, its products or its charges from time to time. We will provide You with reasonable notice where these changes are adverse to You.
2.2.3 If Vodafone at any time withdraws the Plan, Lebara has the right on at least 30 days’ notice to withdraw the Mega Plan.
2.3 Purchasing the Lebara Mega Plan
2.3.1 To obtain the Lebara Mega Plan you must pay the 30-day amount as specified by the value of the Mega Plan. The Lebara Mega Plan is available in the following denominations:
2.3.2 If you are a new Lebara customer, you can choose the Lebara Mega Plan by:
Once you have activated your SIM you will need to purchase and redeem one of the following Lebara Mega Plan values - $39.90, $49.90 or $59.90. You can redeem the Lebara Mega Plan via a Lebara Mega Plan voucher or online using your credit card.
2.3.3 If you are an existing Lebara customer, you can change to the Lebara Mega Plan at any time by purchasing and redeeming one of the following Lebara Mega Plan values - $39.90, $49.90 or $59.90. You can purchase and redeem the Lebara Mega Plan via a Lebara Mega Plan voucher or online using your credit card. If you have unused call credit on your existing Lebara Standard Plan, any unused credit will roll over to the Lebara Mega Plan as additional included credit for Excluded Services, and it will take on the expiry period (30-days) of this new plan.
2.3.4 You must pay one of the 30-day Lebara Mega Plan values and redeem the call credit before you can use these Services.
2.3.5 Any Excluded Services will be deducted from the included credit value of your Lebara Mega Plan at our standard rates as specified in the Standard Rate Table and on our Website. If you use up your included credit during the 30-day period you can purchase additional Lebara Recharge with a value of $10-$100, $9.90 or $19.90 which can be used to access Excluded additional services.
These Lebara Recharges can be used for Excluded services on the Mega Plan and assumes the expiry date of the current plan.
2.3.6 Any unused included credit will roll over on renewal of the Lebara Mega Plan on or within the 30-day expiry period or recharge. Any of the 3GB content and data that forms part of the Included Services that are not used will not roll over on renewal of the Mega Plan. If you roll over credit to the Lebara Standard Plan by calling our call centre and converting back to this plan and this credit will take on a 90-day credit expiry.
2.3.7 To continue using the Services you must redeem a new Lebara Mega Plan value on or within the 30-day expiry period. The minimum amount to remain on the Lebara Mega Plan is $39.90. You can purchase and redeem a new Lebara Mega Plan via a Lebara Mega Plan voucher or online using your credit card.
2.3.8 Should you redeem a new Lebara Mega Plan prior to the 30-day expiry of your current Services, any unused days will accrue and will extend your new 30-day expiry period by the number of unused days remaining. In these circumstances, any unused included credit will also roll over and will take on this extended expiry, however any of the 3GB content and data that forms part of the Included Services will not rollover.
2.3.9 If you recharge using a Lebara Standard Plan recharge value ($10-$100), your plan will continue on the Lebara Mega Plan and this additionally purchased credit can be used on international calls or excess data. If you wish to move back to Lebara Standard Plan please contact our call centre on 126 122 to make this conversion. On the Lebara Standard Plan you do not have access to the Lebara Mega Plan Unlimited calls or 3GB content and data (Included Services) however your remaining included credit will roll over to the Lebara Standard Plan and can be used for services as outlined in the Lebara Standard Plan Services Description. In these circumstances your roll over credit will also take on the 90-day expiry period of the Lebara Standard plan. At any time, you can convert back to the Lebara Mega Plan.
2.4 Term, renewal and expiry
2.4.1 The Lebara Mega Plan Services shall continue to be supplied for 30 days (Initial Period) following Your last purchase and redemption of the Services provided that You have sufficient Call Credit except in the event that this Agreement is terminated earlier in accordance with clause 3 of the General Terms. During the Initial Period, no restrictions will apply to Your use of the Services, except as provided in the Agreement.
2.4.2 Where You purchase and redeem the Services during the Initial Period, a subsequent Period of 30-days will be added to any remaining days of your Initial Period to calculate the new period ("New Period") and the Services shall be continued to be supplied to You for the New Period subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. At time of purchase and redemption any remaining days and unused included credit will roll over and take on the expiry of the New Period.
2.4.3 Following the end of the Initial Period or the New Period, you will be provided with a 5 day "Grace Period" during which You are able to receive but not make or send calls, SMS and MMS, however You are able to make Emergency calls and calls to the Lebara Customer Care Helpline from Your Lebara Mobile (126 122). If You redeem at this time, the Grace Period will end and the Initial Period will restart and your Services will be supplied for 30 days ("Initial Period"). At time of redemption, any unused included credit will roll over
and take on the expiry of the new Initial Period.
2.4.4 Where no Recharge or redemption occurs during the Initial Period or Grace Period, then for the next 2 days after the end of the Grace Period ("Suspended Period") You will not be able to use any of the Services, including receiving, making or sending calls, SMS and MMS, however You are able to make Emergency calls and calls to the Lebara Customer Care Helpline from Your Lebara Mobile (126 122). You are able to redeem during the Suspended Period after which date the Suspended Period will end and the Initial Period will restart and your Services will be supplied for 30 days ("Initial Period"). Any unused included credit will NOT roll over.
2.4.5 If You do not redeem before the end of the Suspended Period, the Services will be terminated at the end of the Suspended Period. You will also lose Your MSN and Lebara will be unable to return it to You.
2.4.6 To make outgoing calls or use the Services, You are required to have sufficient Call Credit to cover the charges for the type of call service You are attempting to use or make. If it is insufficient, You will be unable to make the outgoing call or use the additional service until you have increased your call credit to sufficient levels.
2.4.7 Lebara will not connect a call if Your Call Credit is below the required minimum, or if you have insufficient credit to meet the minimum charges applicable for the type of call You are trying to make.
2.4.8 We may terminate a call without notice if Your Call Credits reaches $0 during a call. For example, if Your Call Credits are exhausted during the course of a call, the call will automatically terminate without further warning.
2.4.9 Call Credits need to be added (via redemption or recharges) when You do not have the minimum Call Credits to make a call.
2.4.10 Call Credits which are added to Your account need to be activated. You may do this by:
2.4.11 If You have pre-registered Your credit card details You can also Recharge or redeem by accessing the menu of a mobile phone compatible with the Services. You can do this by selecting "Account" from the menu, then "Payment" and then "Credit" and then following the instructions.
2.4.12 For the avoidance of doubt, Call Credits are not redeemable for cash.
