Topping up your Additional Call credit
With a credit card:
Head to My Lebara and select Top-up from the menu on the left. After specifying credit card details, select Additional Mega Plan Credit. Then simply choose the amount you wish to recharge ($9.90 of $19.90). Then follow the remaining prompts.
With a voucher:
Great news! From now on you can add additional credit to your Mega Plan with any Lebara recharge voucher ($10-$100, $9.90 or $19.90). Purchase a voucher from one of our 1,000’s of retailers and head to MyLebara or call 126 123 and follow the prompts to recharge. You can use this additional call credit for additional services including international calls, international SMS and excess data. If you top up your account with additional credit it will expire at the same time as your current Mega Plan. Please note: any unused additional call credit will roll over if you switch between any Lebara Plan. If you wish to move off Lebara Mega Plan and onto Standard Plan, select Lebara Standard through MyLebara (credit card only) or call our call centre on 126 122.*
